Custom Orders

All custom orders are final after consultation. Out of Aus Designs, LLC will keep in email contact with every custom order. Each piece with shipping will need 2-3 weeks production time. A 20% retainer fee on custom orders with an additional 15% rush fee for any work custom made before 2-3 weeks' time. Any changes to custom work or additional materials after consultation will be added to the consumer's cost. Out of Aus Designs, LLC will always keep in close contact with all orders regarding this issue. Additional fees will always be discussed with the consumer at the time of order placement and before application.
